Larry Williams gave us a whole new way to look at your business with….
“B” Sides Blitz
Last year at ARMDJS, Larry Williams unveiled one of the most refreshing and uniquely original concepts our industry has ever enjoyed – B SIDES. He reached back to the history of the vinyl record and introduced an ideal that attendees are still talking about one year later.
This year’s B SIDES BLITZ will find attendees creating performance and business-based concepts in a real time “live” format. Be prepared to stretch the limits of your imagination and creativity as we discover and develop new hidden gems of opportunity.
In addition, Larry Williams will unveil details surrounding his highly anticipated book written for the retail, service and hospitality industries. CUSTOMER SERVICE A to Z is a one-of-a-kind writing that seeks to re-define the customer service model as we have come to know it. The book will be released nationally, this coming fall.

Ben Stowe appealed to the gear head in all of us with….
DMX & Lighting
Ben’s presentations have been featured across the world both as a part of industry leading trade shows, and as a headlining presenter for various groups and functions. Some of these events include BPM in the United Kingdom, Mobile Beat, the ADJA National Convention, CPS, and a tour of special events for ADJA chapters on the Eastern Seaboard. His highly informational, slightly nerdy and always funny presentation style have made him a favorite at events, while his sincere desire to help people with their application of technology have made him a favorite with them after the event.

Rick Brewer got our phone ringing with….
Marketing to Brides
Rick understands that Marketing to Brides is a difficult proposition. Brides are (as Rick says) ‘the never before, never again customer” (they’ve typically never bought most Wedding related items before, and even if they have a second marriage, it won’t be as opulent as the first). Marketing principles in general will not work for Brides. This is why Rick has specialized his message to the Wedding Industry.
